Moon phases

The moon phases in the anime sometimes line up with about how much time you'd expect to have passed and are sometimes competely wrong.

They're also tied to the Himekas' powers. Because of this, and given that some god powers also allow control of time, it's possible that Himeka's powers were supposed to be messing with the moon's phases. There's nothing to actually indicate this is the case, though.

Additionally, the moons seems to always be full within the labyrinth.

As with everything, the simplest explanation is that Satelite just didn't care, but I like to at least try to make sense of these things.

Episode 02

Reflection in water, which is why it's upside down compared to ep 1's. Ep 1 also shows the moon reflected in a puddle before that shot.

Episode 08 We don't actually see the Labyrinth's full moon in this episode, for whatever reason.
Episode 09

Symbolic shot relating to Himeka's powers and the split; might not be the actual moon phase at that point.
Episode 10

Its reflection in a cup of tea is shown changing to an image of Karasuma Himeka, combining the imagery from ep 9 with the moon reflections from the first two episodes. Incidentally, if ep 9 takes place close enough to 10, the symbolic shot from ep 9 might line up with the actual moon phase.

Episode 15

This ep and 14 take place within the span of summer vacation, which is usually much shorter in japan than in the west.
Episode 16

This explicitly takes place the day after the last episode, but the moon jumps from crescent to full. This isn't the last time this'll happen.

It's full in Himeka's dream/nightmare/flashback, too.
Episode 21 It's raining, so the moon's phase can't be determined, but given that the Himekas' powers go haywire a full moon is a likely guess. It would also line up pretty well with the phase shown in the next episode 16 days later... but not the episode right after that.
Episode 22

The moon's phase shifts slightly throughout the episode... however, there's time travel shenanigans happening, and the first shot may well take place partially or entirely within the Labyrinth, or within some sort of time bubble, or however time travel actually works in this show. The third shot may also just be a stylization of the second, meaning only the first is the odd one out. We aren't shown any other shots of the moon during the time-bending date beyond the one with the clocktower, so the moon may or may not have returned to normal while they were on the ground. If that single shot is the odd one out, it may even have simply been an error.

Episode 23

... And then, for the second time, the moon suddenly goes full... full.
Episode 24
Mpc-hc 2014-04-15 21-03-19-69.png
... And remains full throughout the rest of the night, as far as we're shown.
Episode 25 Beyond this, though, we only see the always-full moon of the Labyrinth.
Episode 26 We don't see the moon in the ending credits or the epilogue, either.
